Ready to ship orders will typically ship within 3-5 days or 5-7 days during a launch. Made to order products typically ship within 7-10 business days.

We are not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately it is out of our control, and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.
